The entire team went out of their way to get me the right vehicle. Being in a wheelchair the original vehicle (a Durango) was a bit too high for me to get into. Eventually we found a Jeep Grand Cherokee th vehicle. Being in a wheelchair the original vehicle (a Durango) was a bit too high for me to get into. My buying experience with Gary Matthews was the best experience i ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I started my search through the web site. Keisha, from the internet department quickly responded to my experience i ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I started my search through the web site. Keisha, from the internet department quickly responded to my request,infact was the only one who responded out of all the websites that I visted in search of a vehicle. She gave me a phone call and after talking to her and set up an appointment as a VIP customer. After arriving at the dealership I met my salesman,Bill Welch. Bill was absoultly the most genuine person. I was really nerveous about talking to a salesman, being that I was a single woman, thinking that I would be taken advantage of financially. The first thing he said to me was "I know your really nerveous about being here and your a woman and I will not treat you any different than my family" From that moment I developed trust. I told him what I had in mind and showed him the research I had done and after he started asking me questions about some things I had not thought of I could tell he really knew his expertise. I picked out something that I liked and drove the car,then it was time to start the purchasing process. Bill and the business department made it so easy for me. They took care of everything, after I kept saying I hate this part of the process. This was the second biggest investment I had ever made. They really made me feel like I was a VIP customer. I would recommend this dealership to any body even if your a woman. They truly make any buying experince easy and fun. More
All I can say is WOW! I didn't know what to expect. I was selling my 05 Mustang and had looked at prices, Kelly Blue Book, NADA, etc. Knew what I wanted for the car. It was a two hour drive, so I wanted to know what I was getting into. Kisha and I had been emailing for a couple of weeks and she assured me that her manager was on the up and up. Being a car dealership, I didn't buy into it....but boy, was I wrong. These two people made it happen...on the nose for what I wanted for the car. I was waiting on the sit and wait..the "let me talk to my manager"...the wait...the "let me talk to finance" xx...didn't happen. In less than 30 minutes, I had a check in my hand and the paper work done. I base my future purchases TOTALLY on customer service. Without that, you will not even get me to look. Other dealers should take a look at how it is done. Thanks again Kisha and Frankie....I will be seeing you again! More
Mike was THE BEST car salesperson I have ever dealt with. I was extremely impressed with his ability to help me achieve my goal in purchasing the wonderful used car I bought. I have never in the 35 years of buying and servicing cars all across the country, dealt with such a wonderful salesperson and service department. After visiting many dealerships that morning it didn't seem like anyone wanted to get us to the price we were looking for. Then we met Bill Welch. Bill Welch was very professional without being "stuffy." He answered all our questions we had with the sales process, to include: pricing, financing, & warranty. I can not remember the name of the financial officer that completed our finance paper work, but we both were pleased with him also. He was prompt and explained what we were signing. We both appreciate that the extended warranty & gap insurance was added on the vehicle. We both highly recommend this dealership, Bill Welch & the financial officer involved. More
