After telling him what we wanted, he found a new 2011 Challenger and had it delivered within a couple of days. Everyone at the dealership we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. We were basically looking for a "stripped down" model of some kind of SUV that my husband could use as our second vehicle for errands and hauling stuff in. However, before we left, we had purchased a wonderful, fully equipped 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring Wagon--without even test driving it (except around the lot once)!Thanks to Mike who made the entire experience very pleasant and low-key, which is the type of car shopping experience we appreciate, I am happy to give your dealership the highest rating. I wasn't planning on buying a car the day I did, but he helped to price out a vehicle I liked just to see what I would have to pay with my trade in vehicle. After talking with him and Randy about pricing we finally agreed on a price and I purchased the vehicle. Since I wasn't planning on buying that day I wasn't prepared to trade in my car, so Mike delievered my car two days later to where I worked, which was 45 miles away.
