Leased a new 2012 Grand Cherokee from Clarence Martin at Alan Vines Automotive. I live near Memphis so most of the negotiation, etc was done by phone. They did not have the exact model I wanted but did locate one at another dealer and arranged to have it delivered to their dealership. I drove up to trade in my vehicle for the new Grand Cherokee. The vehicle was exactly what I ordered and even had a few more options than expected. Price was in line with what I was looking for. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and the transaction was smooth. When I test drove the new Jeep, there was some vibration in the steering wheel. They kept the Jeep overnight to fix the problem and arranged for me to drive a loaner until work was completed. They drove the new car to my work and picked up the loaner which saved me considerable time away from work--about 2 hours round trip. Clarence was easy to work with and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the car and the overall experience with his dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a non-pressure sales experience with people who care. More
