He was very honest and only called once to see if we were still interested. He earned my respect that day. 3 months later when I changed my mind and decided to buy a new Hyundai Santa Fe, me and my husband were actually greeted by another sales consultant. But we liked Mike Jager so much we asked specifically for him. He was very honest, nice and very knowledgable about ALL the features on the Santa Fe. He helped us get a very good price on the vehicle and answered all our questions. He topped the gas tank off with gas before we left. I initially looked at a used, 2010 Dodge Challenger that Alan Vines had on the lot. Before my wife could see the car, it sold. After telling him what we wanted, he found a new 2011 Challenger and had it delivered within a couple of days. Everyone at the dealership we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. After the sale, Clarence stayed in contact with us regarding the new car and told us that he was always available if we needed anything. I would strongly recommend Clarence and this dealership to anyone wanting to have a very positive experience when buying a car. More

After negotiating for a 2012 Sonata Limited, which was brought in from another dealer, we drove in from Jonesboro, Ar to pick up and bring home our new car. On 11/7/11,my husband and I drove in and were greeted by a very nice salesman with a "soft" approach who inroduced himself and offered to show us whatever we were interested in. We were basically looking for a "stripped down" model of some kind of SUV that my husband could use as our second vehicle for errands and hauling stuff in. However, before we left, we had purchased a wonderful, fully equipped 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring Wagon--without even test driving it (except around the lot once)!Thanks to Mike who made the entire experience very pleasant and low-key, which is the type of car shopping experience we appreciate, I am happy to give your dealership the highest rating. Mike made my first time buying a car a great experience. He helped me look for exactly what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I wasn't planning on buying a car the day I did, but he helped to price out a vehicle I liked just to see what I would have to pay with my trade in vehicle. After talking with him and Randy about pricing we finally agreed on a price and I purchased the vehicle. Since I wasn't planning on buying that day I wasn't prepared to trade in my car, so Mike delievered my car two days later to where I worked, which was 45 miles away. He went over everything again about the car to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. It was a great experience and I highly recommend buying from Alan Vines! More

The entire team went out of their way to get me the right vehicle. Being in a wheelchair the original vehicle (a Durango) was a bit too high for me to get into. My buying experience with Gary Matthews was the best experience i ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I started my search through the web site. She gave me a phone call and after talking to her and set up an appointment as a VIP customer. After arriving at the dealership I met my salesman,Bill Welch. Bill was absoultly the most genuine person. I was really nerveous about talking to a salesman, being that I was a single woman, thinking that I would be taken advantage of financially. The first thing he said to me was "I know your really nerveous about being here and your a woman and I will not treat you any different than my family" From that moment I developed trust. I told him what I had in mind and showed him the research I had done and after he started asking me questions about some things I had not thought of I could tell he really knew his expertise. I picked out something that I liked and drove the car,then it was time to start the purchasing process. Bill and the business department made it so easy for me. They took care of everything, after I kept saying I hate this part of the process. This was the second biggest investment I had ever made. They really made me feel like I was a VIP customer. All I can say is WOW! I didn't know what to expect. I was selling my 05 Mustang and had looked at prices, Kelly Blue Book, NADA, etc. Knew what I wanted for the car. It was a two hour drive, so I wanted to know what I was getting into. Kisha and I had been emailing for a couple of weeks and she assured me that her manager was on the up and up. Being a car dealership, I didn't buy into it....but boy, was I wrong. These two people made it happen...on the nose for what I wanted for the car. I was waiting on the sit and wait..the "let me talk to my manager"...the wait...the "let me talk to finance" xx...didn't happen. In less than 30 minutes, I had a check in my hand and the paper work done. I base my future purchases TOTALLY on customer service. Without that, you will not even get me to look. Other dealers should take a look at how it is done. Thanks again Kisha and Frankie....I will be seeing you again! More
