They were rude with me when I didn't purchase a car after I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't provide it. I have since been treated very rudely when I come in for maintenance. I had carried my car there regularly for maintenance and they never diagnosed and repaired the issue. Lukas is very cool towards me. One day he offered 3 other people in the waiting room water and just dismissed me. I've begged for service and no one seems to care. Once i sat in the lobby for a recall repair for 2 hours to then be told the part had not been ordered and that I would just have to come back. More
