Patients is a virtue. I want to thank my sales man for all the hard work and effort he put in to helping me get the vehicle I wanted. Awful service Took our car in for an oil change. We had an appointment for 10. Arrived 10 minutes early hoping they might squeeze us in. We sat in the waiting room Took our car in for an oil change. We had an appointment for 10. Arrived 10 minutes early hoping they might squeeze us in. We sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. No wear else in the world does it take 2 hours to change the oil in a sedan. First and last time coming here. Absolutely ridiculous. More

Quick tire replacement Long story short, we had hit a pothole on I40 west of Nashville while driving to Memphis. Nobody nearby had a tire to fit. Told him we were about 90 minutes away. He was very helpful and made sure that they would have a replacent tire available. When we arrived Chris was already aware of our situation. Super fast, very friendly. They even put our luggage back in the trunk when they were finished. More
