We went to Laird Noller very skeptical of buying from a dealership. Jerry Gellerman really changed my mind! Since then, I have purchased 5 brand new Mazda cars. One of my cars was involved in an accident and was totaled. My husband was overseas with the military. Jerry got me into a new car the very next day with no problems at all. The service guys are very friendly and always explain everything to me. Jerry calls frequently to check and see that I am 100% satisfied with my car and/or service. If I ever have a question, no matter how small, I know I can call either him or the dealership and they will take care of me. I WILL NOT buy another vehicle from any other dealership again!!! I only wish Jerry would never retired. He has assured me that when he does, he will continue to help me out and make sure that I am taken care of. Now THAT is what truly makes the difference!!!! They are interested in providing well for the customer's needs. Gerald Gellerman was concerned that I find the right car for my needs. He sought to help me consider the vehicle that is best for my needs. My new Mazda 6 has a lot of features and equipment I've never had before on a car. Gerald made sure I was familiar with my vehicle before I drove it away after purchasing it, and had me bring it back the next day to review some of the items which were new to me to make sure I know what they are and how to use them. Since I bought the car, Gerald has followed up to see if I have any questions since I purchased my Mazda. Chris Meek, who handles the financing, is quite knowledgeable, as is Gerald. He very clearly went over some different options available to me to finance the vehicle and helped me decide which are best for me. Chris clearly explained additional coverage warranties available to help me decide which of those would be helpful to me. Since I bought the car, he, too, has followed up to see if I have any questions. A couple of times since I bought my Mazda, I called once with a question for Gerald, and once for Chris. Both times they were each quite eager to and did explain clearly the answers to my questions. I have bought new and used vehicles from Laird Noller Hutchinson since 1995. Though my last visit was not related to service work, Ceph Scherbarth, the service manager, and his staff have provided very good service work on previous vehicles I owned. I feel so confident in Laird Noller Hutchinson that they care about me as a person, and my needs for a vehicle, not only during the process of buying, but forever after purchasing, that, today, I directed my oldest daughter, who lives out of town, to Laird Noller Hutchinson to buy a new Mazda from Gerald and Chris. I have always worked with Laird Noller of Hutchinson and they have always treated me good. I had decided to look at a Toyota Prius for my retirement car as well as Mazda. Toyota got all my info and worked on it for two days but were unable to get me into a car without a large down payment. I went back to Laird Noller the next day. Josh Morgan and the financing department worked together and I drove home my new Mazda the same day. I really appreciate the service, friendliness and customer support I get at Laird Noller. More
We went to look at the 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to see if it would work for our family. They didn't have one on the lot like we wanted and I told them it was fine I would just keep looking. They didn't want us to walk out the door without buying anything and tried everything to get us to buy. I told them what I wanted and they did some looking on the internet and handed me a paper and said "Here's your Jeep". My husband and I signed papers that said we agreed to have them pick it up and bring it to their dealership and we would come back to pick it up. Three days later I still do not have a Jeep. They didn't bother to return phone calls or call us to let us know what was going on. Finally at 7pm they sent us an email with 2 different Jeeps they could get us since the first one didn't work out. I was guaranteed to have a white one on June 25th so we waited. They finally called and said they were still working on it. I had done some looking on the internet myself and found the Jeep they were supposed to have coming and called the dealership. They told me they were not doing a dealer trade with them and I was more than welcome to come look. My husband call Laird Noller and told them they had lost a sale because of their lying and inconsiderate business practices. I will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!!!! More
I just purchased my 2005 Toyota Camry from Laird Noller. The car was everything they said it was. The no pressure sales experience was great. I have had my 1999 jeep grand cherekee to the dealership so many times over the past 3 and 1/2 years that I've lost count. Most recent experiences were for a wet floor on the front passenger side. After the first service, floor and leak was worse and we had to take it on vacation changing towels the whole trip. Took it back when we returned, and brought it home with a loose and clicking steering column. Took it in again and was told they did'nt have time to look at it...never an apology for the inconvience. We purchased the extended warrenty which included a vehicle to use during service...it's always more of a hassle than it's worth. I'm now in the process of documenting every service ever done on the vehicle to submit to authorities. More
