service ripoff Took car in for diagnosis of a problem. I had told them in was in the left front. Basically I just wanted a quote on what it would cost to repair. The Took car in for diagnosis of a problem. I had told them in was in the left front. Basically I just wanted a quote on what it would cost to repair. They found a brake caliper sticking. Did not check as to why it was sticking, but charged me over 100 dollars for the diagnostic on issue. Quoted a repair of 450 dollars, and suggested turning the two front brake rotors to take the repair cost up to over 555 dollars (two new brake rotors cost less than 100 dollars). That repair would include one brake caliper, a brake hose and two turned rotors. I took vehicle to another shop, where the brake caliper just needed cleaned and lubricated. Hose was okay. Brake rotors looked like new. While it was there did replace brake pads, so repair was only 150 dollars which included repair of stuck caliper and new brake pads. This will be the last time I take my car to this dealership unless it is for a simple oil change. ( only because I have already prepaid for the next three oil changes ) The other issue I has was my vehicle had just been involved in an accident the day before and the the trunk lid did not seal to keep out moisture and dirt. Because of this, my wife had specifically asked if the vehicle could be kept inside over night during the diagnosis. They told that it would be kept inside. It was not. When I contacted them and told them I would not be getting it repaired there and that I only wanted to pay them what I owed them and get my car back, it seemed all the friendliness disappeared and was replaced with "I will get to it in a minute." Even though I had called before I arrived to pick up the vehicle I had to wait over 40 minutes to pay my bill and get my vehicle back. They had not even started the paperwork on it. More

Service dept Greeted me upon arrival assisting me with where to park. Took care of everything independently with professional and upbeat service attitude. Only complaint was clear oil where someone leaned on interior console and exterior of door as well as on steering wheel. Other than that I felt almost at home. sales/service I bought my car less then 2 months ago and I have to bring it in for a part that obviously they knew was bad because people are trying to get a recall I bought my car less then 2 months ago and I have to bring it in for a part that obviously they knew was bad because people are trying to get a recall on it and no where during my car buying experience did they say anything about how this one part doesn't have a recall on it yet but people are trying too get one. If you are trying to sell someone a car be up and front about it because I am one unhappy camper that 2 months later i am having to bring my new car in to have it serviced. I believe I was sold an unsafe car. Thank god for the extra $10 a month I am paying for the bumper to bumper warranty or I would be up you know what creek without a paddle. Also If you guys really want to help your customers out you will lend out courtesy cars and not just have a shuttle service because some of us do work late and wont be able to be picked up from work by you guys and what are we supposed to do then? I would rather just go back to my old dealership they are more willing to help out the customer. More

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sales staff worked together rather than competing to provide an amazing and smooth experience buying my first brand new vehicle. Perhaps this is true of buying new more than buying used but I was amazed at how quickly they were willing to meet my terms and bend over backwards to make sure I had everything I wanted out of the deal. Not only were the sales staff knowledgeable and professional but also the management and finance staff were friendly and more than happy to help. I've never had an easier and more satisfying buying experience at any other dealership. This was my first time buying from Laird Noller in Hutchinson and I'm sure it won't be the last. More
Service Called in and got an appt told me to come in at 8a. Then called about 12p and they still haven't looked at the car. Which was brought in for possible electrical issues. Then call again at 3p still hasn't been looked at then was told 30 mins to a hr it will be next. Then got a call saying still hasn't been worked on. So decided to go down to the shop. And when we got there they just got it in to be looked at. But not to happy that I've been waiting for 8 hrs on my car when I was here at 8 a and I had an appt when 1. I was here early 2. It was at the beginning of the day 3. I had an appt. like I said not happy and they are wanting me to maybe leave it over night when I have things to do in the morning. More
