I had the most wonderful experience buying a new Fiat yesterday. I was in a gas-guzzling vehicle and wanted to downsize into a smaller, more fuel efficient vehicle. He was so reassuring and kept me informed every step of the way! I went in on my lunch break, had my vehicle appraised and then went back to work.
