Had my car for almost two week to replace a few parts. Could not get any recalled parts replace was told I was #99 on the list and they could only order one recalled part per week. Huh????? We arrived and BRANDEN walks with us outside and says I HOPE YOU BROUGHT A TRAILER and laughs. 4 or 5 men attempted to load it by pushing but in the end a wrecker service company had to push and lift it on the trailer because it was in about 100 pieces. I no longer have a car. I have pins and bolts, wires and parts and pieces of parts of a car. A solid NO! I wouldn't recommend Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge in Waco to anyone. Ever. More
