I tried them out twice. The first time was okay, a 3-star sale. I came back a year later to do more business, and they must have thought I would not do my homework. I used Kelley Blue Book to get the trade-in value of my vehicle and purchase another vehicle. Lo and behold, there was over ten thousand dollars in difference between the time I got the KBB Value and made it to the dealership. I was told that I wasn't correct and that they were the experts in so many words, (a slap in the face). So I pledge to no longer do business with them. Not only were they wrong, but they refused to admit it even after I showed them the email I received from KBB that clearly supported my claim. I, for one, do not appreciate GREED!! More
