I love this dealership and do everything I can to make sure and get my service done while we are in town. Everyone on their team is friendly, competent and professional so I know I am in good hands no mat sure and get my service done while we are in town. I do have to say that I am now mostly working with Taylor and he is outstanding! Keeps me well informed and presents my my service options without ever making me feel like he is selling me. It has been fun watching him grow in his job since I think I was one of his first customers when he started. Keep up the great work gang!!! More

My Dodge Durango was in the dealership 12 days, not what I would expect from a dealership. Firstly our Durango was under warranty and that the dealership was awaiting authorization from FCA USA to process t I would expect from a dealership. Firstly our Durango was under warranty and that the dealership was awaiting authorization from FCA USA to process the claim. We are Canadians, and were on our way home, it was over a week before work started on our Durango. We weren't made aware that we could override the authorization process and pay for the repairs on our credit card and then claim for the repairs once back in Canada. The parts were ordered on the Friday and came in on the Wednesday, again not what we would expect from a Dodge dealership. The only good experience we had from the dealership was the service advisor Chuck. More
They took greta care of me. I dropped my truck off when scheduled, they gave me a ride home and took care of the items I needed.
