If I could give zero stars I would. Service team is absolutely trash. I go in for one service next thing I know I got to make another appointment for another service and then after that Service team is absolutely trash. I go in for one service next thing I know I got to make another appointment for another service and then after that appointment something else seems to go wrong and now I have to make another appointment. These guys charged me for a new battery and then I had to make an appointment and pay a service fee for looking at that very battery they installed and now after that appointment my radio screen mysteriously stops working and now I have to pay $700 not including service fee bc of these guys lol. Don’t go there they don’t know what there doing. I had to pay a butt load of service fees just for them to not fix the problem and charge me more. Don’t go here don’t recommend. It’s Dec 17th, 2024 and the sensitive director of this store refuses to service my car due to continuing ongoing issues his team is incapable of handling. First off don’t buy Dodge it’s a piece of garbage but not as garbage as this dealership. I’ve brought my Durango here at least 5 different times for the same issue and these morons are still unable to either diagnose the problem let alone solve the problem. My car doesn’t start whatsoever and these guys will assure you there’s nothing wrong. When you buy from this dealership and your car starts to break down good luck lmao you’ll run into the same issue as me. Don’t recommend this garbage dealership and once you tell the director the truth about the service they provide he’ll just tell his team to not let you bring your car anymore lmao what a joke. Only reason why I won’t go to another dodge service dealership is because this one is 1 mile from my house next closest is 20 miles away but that doesn’t matter since Allen Mello literally told me they will refuse to service my car. Maybe this next dealership will take care of there customers. I’m a 8 year navy veteran and they treat me like this imagine how they’ll treat you? Don’t recommend Allen mello for anybody. If you buy a car here and you need services… good luck getting that done in Allen Mello. More

Most importantly, his consideration of my time was greatly appreciated. Most of the long time sales guys like Dom and Bob are no longer here and it was great to see one of the Buddy Boys like Greg still here. Great job Greg! More
Andrew was great. They made a good deal for a nice truck. I recommend them. They made a good deal for a nice truck. I recommend them. More

I wa Had been a customer for last 10 years since truck was bought there. Charged me 130$ to replace an exhaust clamp. 3 months later it failed. I was getting pulled over. Called them they said I had to talk to manager first. Got pulled over had to get it fixed asap. Jays exhaust in Lowell did excellent and proper work. Said it was not done or correctly. Called Allen Mello service dept said they couldn’t do anything even though registered reputable shop did work that specializes in exhaust. Have to just eat the money. Place keeps losing employees, service prices keep increasing and quality in the toilet. I’ve had so much work done there and they have screwed up other stuff and actually used to take accountability. I WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND RAM OR ALLEN MELLO. Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota out of Nashua Never do business with them again. So much for telling them one time they underbilled me. If I could give negative stars I would Run don’t walk from this place. They clearly pay for ad cleaning (look it up it’s a thing) to get a 4.4 star rating. More

Jim, David and Carl along with the finance team have worked with me to ensure my time and money has been invested towards my needs in getting the vehicle I want at a price I can afford. I can't ask for a better dealership. These folks are not only good business people but they treat you like your part of the team. Thank you, Scott More
We brought our Jeep Cherokee in for an oil change and tire rotation. Bernie was very helpful and easy to talk to, He found a recall, and took care of it. Little extras go a long way. Thanks Bernie . I made an online appointment for my new truck with less than 2000 miles I bought from this dealership that had turned on its check engine light. I made the appointment over a week out and received many con than 2000 miles I bought from this dealership that had turned on its check engine light. I made the appointment over a week out and received many confirmation emails and reminders confirming the date and time of my appointment. I show up the day of the appointment and the representative had me wait at the front desk on my feet for 30 minutes. When he returned, he told me that I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. When I showed him the confirmation emails, he told me that scheduling an appointment online doesn’t actually schedule an appointment for me, and that I need to call in order to schedule an appointment. Why would they have an option to schedule online if it isn’t a valid option? They eventually scheduled me for a new appointment another 8 days out, refusing to service me that day. At no point in the online scheduling process or the emails did it mention that my appointment would only be confirmed over the phone. Furthermore, their customer service was very questionable, as the representative and later the manager were very rude. More
New front brake pads and rotors on my '14 Trailhawk in August. Replaced solely due to wear of pads on the advice of the garage where I got my inspection sticker. Grinding/squealing noise ever since when August. Replaced solely due to wear of pads on the advice of the garage where I got my inspection sticker. Grinding/squealing noise ever since when coming to quick stop. Vehicle owned since new and never made noise of any kind before new pads/rotors installed. Have brought it back twice now to rectify the problems after spending $680 for new brakes in August; they couldn't replicate the noise. After 12/9/21 appt, advisor told me to call if/when it recurs to leave it overnight to allow for closer inspection by disassembling to look for debris under/defect in pads. Called 3x that afternoon, because it was making the noise all the way home. After opting to keep calling after the first two tries when no one picked up, I left a VM explaining all of the above and asking for a callback ASAP to schedule it to be addressed, because at this point, I'm certain whatever's causing the grinding noise is likely damaging the new rotors. As of 12/13/21, no return call. Doesn't seem like they care in the least. More
Had my Jeep serviced for an oil change, tire rotation, parking break repair and detailing. You can’t go wrong with the detailing here! My car is absolutely spotless. The service team seemed a little bit crabby but the gentleman, Dustin, handling my situation was extremely courteous. He kept me in the loop about my car’s status since it needed to stay an extra day. He had great customer service and went above and beyond by double checking that the service area restroom was indeed occupied when I wasn’t certain. I will plan to have my husband’s car detailing done here too! Great job. I loved the convenience of online booking too. More
Very Deceptive practices when pricing the vehicles. Was told by manager we run these ads to get you in and here you are. I was also told by Brandon that they do not honor the prices on their website. Fre told by manager we run these ads to get you in and here you are. I was also told by Brandon that they do not honor the prices on their website. Fred, my salesman, told me "This happens all the time - people see an advertised deal, they come in expecting the deal and we end up charging them $150 dollars more a month". In my situation I was on Allen Mello Jeeps website, I selected the express purchase option, The price quoted was a lease at $351/month only to arrive at the dealership and be told $439/month. This was very deceptive. Upon a follow up call with one of the managers I was told the website does that to bring people in. I do not understand why they would utilize such deceptive tactics. I am appalled. I have never had such a poor experience at a car dealership. I explained my frustration to the manager who called me, Brandon, but he didn't seem to care. I asked is this how you do business and told me yes this is how we do business. I personally do not think they took me as a serious customer, I came in on a rainy Saturday in sweatpants in a sweatshirt after going to the gym. Regardless, what I'm wearing does not determine my eligibility to purchase the vehicle. The one positive was Fred - Very nice guy. More
