They took my car all day I dropped my car off at 8 am. Was told to come back at 3 pm. Only to find the mechanic getting my car for service. Yes I did make an appt. only to be pushed aside like I didn't matter. I enjoy my car but the dealership Has to be one of the worst. Shame and maybe one of you will have to go through what you put me through it's called karma. I will definitely find another place to bring my car!!! More

Since I leased my Jeep almost 3 years ago, I have reached out to him with Jeep questions, possible trade in options, and advice about my next vehicle. He has replied to my emails very quickly and professionally and gone beyond his duties to calculate the best rates, research options to get me into a Wrangler with my current budget, and help me locate whatever car I am interested in even if it's not on their lot. Easy buying experience I went to Allen Mello to look at some 200's, but I ended up moving towards a 300 and I loved it! My salesperson Ava is just the sweetest girl and sent I went to Allen Mello to look at some 200's, but I ended up moving towards a 300 and I loved it! Although the color options weren't available, I settled for a nice looking Silver color. What made it possible was a great help from Ava French, my sales Representative. After several days of an unsured commitment and back and forth talk with Ava, with no preassure, I took the offer. This vehicle is a great car, no problems or any issues have surfaced. I am convinced that this Dealership has made my acquisition of my Challenger a true easy and comfortable process. Service Dept. needs a lot of work Stopped by the dealer to get an oil change and tier rotation. During the checkin process the service manager was talking about his last job to me and how he got fired from because he told his new manager to fu*k off all the time and that he could not tell him what to do. Not great customer service to talk to a customer swearing like a trucker. The oil change/tier rotation took about one hour, about what I expected. The front and back tire pressure is different in my vehicle. They filled the pressure backwards on my tires. Went back and they told me no one was there to add air to my tires right now, sorry. Had to go to a local gas station to fill the tires myself. More
