Drove 1.5 hours to purchase an Accord Hybrid. MSRP $39,000. The manager explained (while laughing) how they are marking up prices $3000-$4000 above MSRP. He then stated he will not “honor” internet prices or sticker prices…as if he knows what honor is. He then printed out an offer at $45,000...$6000 above MSRP. Clearly his level of arrogance has blinded him to the point he has no thought of future business. I ask if he was actually serious and he laughed and said yes. I told him this isn't even a discussion and I'd gladly pay MSRP. He laughed again until I stood up and walked out. If they are willing to take advantage of the current shortage this way, look out. They are literally laughing at their customers for over paying. Shameful. Honda should be embarrassed to be represented by a dealer like this. More
