Management does not admit wrong doing nor do they try to make things right and they claim the customer is responsible to know which questions to ask if they want to find out what the real purchase price is. Customers best interest is not a priority to Allen Honda, they ruse customers into thinking the advertised price is the sale price and lure customers into coming into their dealership, where only there do they disclose the actual higher sale price. Take your business to a dealership that you can trust, not Allen Honda. More

Our Service Advisor, Clem Crispin, III, was outstanding. Mr. Crispin's professionalism exceeds what he learned at college or during employee orientation.
