My husband and I are very pleased with the friendly staff and professionalism of Allen Honda. I never felt pressured which was great. We bought a used minivan and they took great care of us. James did a fantastic job reminding me of the top of the line service department that this dealership has! I had the best salesman to help me with buying my first car. Mr. Mark was absolutely amazing. He made my boyfriend and I very comfortable and wasn't pushy at all. Absolutely terrible service - I drove nearly 3 hours to purchase a 2nd hand vehicle. Sales man was txting with me - I told him I am 50 min out. When I arrived they had sold the 2008 T Camry as I walked in purchase a 2nd hand vehicle. Sales man was txting with me - I told him I am 50 min out. When I arrived they had sold the 2008 T Camry as I walked in the door. I told the sales person - Thorne Spicer when I would be at the lot - I was there 10 min early . He did not even come over and apologize for leading me on - He sent over some crummy sales manager with a smug look on his face. WOW - Staggering !!!!!!!!Absolute terrible !. I drove all the way from Galveston because I committed to him I would be there - and he does not even have the courtesy to come over and apologize !!!! More
Never buy cars from Allen Honda in College Station. I would give them a zero star for their Sales staff and finance guys dishonesty. When I bought my CRV back in 2016, I was negotiating with them and t I would give them a zero star for their Sales staff and finance guys dishonesty. When I bought my CRV back in 2016, I was negotiating with them and told them my price. The sales guy kept going back and forth between me and their finance dept. They kept us waiting for hours and in the end came back to say that my offer was accepted and they will do the loan paperwork and get me out of there asap. We had a 1 year old son with us there and we were just too tired. The sales guy kept telling me that how I got the best deal and best interest rate. We just trusted them. And in the end we were so tired that we quickly finished the paperwork and left. When I realized that they had actually charged me $2000+ more few months later when I was looking at the paperwork, I emailed them and the same guys who jump on the opportunity when someone wants to buy a car, actually didn't even bother to answer my email. I know it is kind of late to write a review now. But the same car got totaled in a car accident and I was again looking at the paperwork and felt the need to write this review. I know this dealership will probably wont care even now. But at least I would caution the customers so that no one else gets cheated the way I got cheated. More
If I could give a "zero stars", or negative rating, I would. We were looking for a second car, and my fiance drove up to the lot. He walked around the lot twice, looking at several vehicles multiple ti would. We were looking for a second car, and my fiance drove up to the lot. He walked around the lot twice, looking at several vehicles multiple times, and not one sales associate walked out to help him, much less greet him. In that time span of at least 20 minutes, he also passed by the managers' window, and no one motioned for an associate to help him. Yet, when another gentleman pulled in, a sales associate rushed out to speak with him, even going so far as to go past my fiance without even acknowledging his presence. Both men (my fiance and the gentleman) were dressed the same, in workout attire...both in nice vehicles (not that that should matter)...and yet, only one got any sort of a response. The difference then? My fiance is black, and the gentleman that pulled in was white. I am always careful before making such an accusation, but there is not another explicable reason as to why this would happen . Multiple employees saw my fiance, but not one moved to even greet him, much less offer assistance. I am infuriated and absolutely disgusted at this treatment! Allen Honda, you should be ashamed of yourselves, from the owners (who apparently condone such behavior) to the sales associates who do it! "Welcome to Bryan/College Station...in 2022". More
