I took my sedan in to get diagnostics done because multiple dash lights had come on. I figured even if I couldn't afford to fix the problem, I could at least know how serious it was. I received a call from Zachary Gasca, who had been my liaison, this morning. He told me he had great news: the part that needed to be replaced was covered by my car's extended warranty. I wouldn't have to pay for the parts, labor, or even the diagnostics fee. To say I was ecstatic would be an understatement. Money has been really tight recently for me and my small family. I use my car for work, so if I can't drive I can't work. Hearing that my car would be fixed and it would be covered by warranty was the first good news we'd received in over 6 months. 4 hours after that initial call my phone rings, it's Zachary again. He very bluntly tells me: hey, so what I told you before was incorrect, your vehicle is a little over the mileage limit for the extended warranty so it's going to cost you $1,390. I literally only have $300 in my bank right now. We're behind on rent, utilities need to be paid, and we've had an eviction notice every month since December. I honestly have a hard time expressing in words how excited/relieved we were to hear that the service would be covered by warranty, so to have that ripped away 4 hours later crushed us. So why am I writing this negative review? It wasn't covered by the warranty, there's nothing to be done - as they repeatedly stated. I'm writing this because when I went in to pick up my vehicle not only did Zachary not even remember me when I walked in, but when I tried to tell him we were really frustrated about how it had gone down he simply became defensive. I just wanted him to understand that because he hadn't verified the warranty coverage (despite telling me over the phone he had) he had us believing for 4 hours that we would actually have an operational car. He hadn't done his job completely by not checking the mileage before calling me to say it would be covered. Honestly, if he had simply allowed me to vent some frustration and then apologized for his mistake I wouldn't even be typing this review, but that's not how it went. He just kept stating "It's not covered by the warranty so I can't do anything". I get that, that part was clearly understood. All I was looking for was a little compassion and human decency. More
Most unethical unscrupulous dealership I have ever been to. I sold cars for almost twenty years and have never seen anyone abused their customers the way this dealership does. Talk about a bait and switch with hidden fees everywhere. Two different contracts both of them hiding the fact they were overcharging for everything. Beware run the other direction. More
We went to Allen Honda after shopping at a couple of other dealers in College Station. We met Mark Trosclair and he helped find the vehicle we were looking for, at the price we wanted to pay. I have never been taken advantage of more in my life as a disabled veteran. Mandatory dealer options and a "market adjustment" increased the sale price to $10,000 above msrp. The service department replaced the radiator and ac lines, before driving 2,000 miles after the dealership made the repairs, transmission had radiator fluid in the system and Allen Honda basically said lines, before driving 2,000 miles after the dealership made the repairs, transmission had radiator fluid in the system and Allen Honda basically said to bad so sad and the car is not operational without spending an additional $7,000 to fix a problem that did not exist before the service department worked on the vehicle. This is the worst experience and was unpleasantly surprised by the outcome. More

We came into Allen Honda unsure if we were buying or not. Mark Trosclair (sales associate) met us at the door and helped us every step of the way. We also met Jake Fredrickson (sales manager) who was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Mark walked us through the service center which was immaculate. After we decided what vehicle we wanted the process was smooth as butter. Cassie Roe in finance helped us fill out paperwork and we were good to go. Everyone we met was super friendly. Tell them your bounds and what you want and your half way there. They work pretty hard to meet your target. Both Bob and Brandy were easy to work with, I forget the sales manager, but he was attentive to our needs and took care to get us a good deal and on the road pretty rapidly. More

This a shout out to Mark Trosclair, Sales Associate at the College Station dealer. I needed to trade in the car I had for one that was easier for me to get in and out of.
