I brought my 2008 Nissan Altima to their body shop to have a few repairs done on it. They weren't able to get my vehicle in right away, but they were so accommodating and fixed my mirror so I could see a have a few repairs done on it. I needed to have my cts in for the oil change that comes free with the caddy. Craig picked the car up did the service and washed it and brought it back to me in perfect shape. When my daughter got into a car accident we went to Standford-Allen to get it repaired. From the second we entered the Body Shop to the day we picked up her fully repaired car we were treated with gre Standford-Allen to get it repaired. From the second we entered the Body Shop to the day we picked up her fully repaired car we were treated with great customer service from every employee we encountered. Upon picking up her vehicle all of the damages were replaced. The car was also repaired within a timely manner and the salesman, Kevin Kissel, kept us updated every step of the process.
