Recently purchased a 2020 Silverado 2500 from Mark Williams at Allen Chevrolet. Ordered some accessories at time of purchase but due to COVID wasn’t sure when they would arrive or be installed. The wait was very long, considering how short my oil change was and no one was in front of me. I was afraid I was going to run out of gas waiting. Every time i take my vehicles in for oil change i get right in and every one is very courteous and my oil change takes about 15mins.
