Hello, I am very sorry to say that this is one of the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Your body shop manager needs more customer care training. My vehicle was there for over two months a worst dealership I have ever done business with. Your body shop manager needs more customer care training. My vehicle was there for over two months and I was contacted maybe three times for what the status was on my vehicle also I was not able to get a loaner vehicle until a month and half later. Now I'm stuck with a $300 rental fee. I am not satisfied with the work performed. My front seat is not heating and it was before you guys took it apart and you tell me a need to go to your service department and be billed for it that's B.S. More
