Bought certified preowned car. Had trouble with exhaust after 5 weeks. Went in for service and they “fixed” it. After leaving noticed it wasn’t right. Took it back in afternoon. They looked up service code after 5 weeks. Went in for service and they “fixed” it. After leaving noticed it wasn’t right. Took it back in afternoon. They looked up service code and said it would be fine (I was leaving next day to drive to Carolinas. 2 miles down road light back on. Now on vacation Onstar texts me telling me to service emissions. I called service back and they cannot get me in for 15 days! I called other Chevy dealer and they can get me in next day! The purchase of car was great experience but service sucks! This is not first time having trouble with service here. The car buying experience is one thing but when you have bad service it will definitely make me not go back. More
