The check engine light required us to disassembled the engine to properly diagnose the vehicle to meet the requirements of the extended service contract you have on your vehicle. The next day I went to Pep Boys to have the same check engine light scan and what they found was the power brake booster what’s the problem which costs $335.56 which half of that was paid by the warranty company so why is it that y’all needed $1500 to rip my motor apart when it wasn’t even my motor it was my power brake booster that was the problem not my motor.

We apologize for any inconvenience. General Motors Dealerships will provide customer loaner and rental vehicles when they are available. We completely understand the huge convenience & benefit courtesy loaners can be for all of our customers. General Motors allows franchise dealerships to provide Courtesy loaners as long as the dealership follows important guidelines and process’s. All Courtesy loaner & rental vehicles must be current model year and are not pre-owned meaning the dealership purchase’s all of our courtesy loaner vehicles brand new from our new vehicle inventory. Due to life changing events In the past 12+ months, General Motors has limited manufacturing meaning limited new Car Production and lastly lack of new car dealer inventory. This has put a burden on our Courtesy Loaner program and has limited our Courtesy Loaner inventory to customers that have vehicles that are not drivable due to mechanical or collision related concerns. The Allen family and all our employees are doing the best we can to provide the level of customer service our customers deserve during these difficult times.
