Very slow for just an oil change. I understand the oil garage is being renovated but 45-60 minutes is too long. Also, previously I would be told how much oil was in it. The lady had no clue. Had front brakes repaired at the beginning of November; at the time, they said they checked the back brakes. Immediately upon picking up the car, there was a grinding noise from the back brakes. Due to cir at the time, they said they checked the back brakes. Immediately upon picking up the car, there was a grinding noise from the back brakes. Due to circumstances we couldn’t control and scheduling with the dealership, it was a month before we could get the car in again. At that time, we were told that the brake shoe on the back brake was completely gone! It seemed suspicious that this would just occur independent of nothing, but the dealership denied any wrongdoing and charged us for another brake repair! They did offer a discount on the charge for bringing the car in and determining the repair needed, but there was no responsibility taken for a possible initial bad repair. We probably will not return to this dealership. More
