Since I paid $200.00 labor to have new tires on my car, I have had to re-inflate both tires on the RH side every two to three days. Also, the LF Tire Pressure Monitor no longer functions as intended. There is also an occasional shake in the front wheels that was not there before. I inquired about new valve stems and was told that they had been changed. The valve stems were not changed. It is disappointing to say the least that I paid over $900.00 for a set of tires and have to contend with this. Another thing... I waited over three hours for my car. The labor cost was 1.6 hours. Was this because they took the walk-in before my appointment? More

Our pick up time was delayed 2 times. We went there to retrieve the vehicle 2 times and were not called either time to up date us or save us a trip. Was told there was staffing shortage.
