I was told on my ally that I had the tires rims dents covered for 498 dollars. Found out it was only 4 oil changes and it should have only a supple under. I am giving a 1/5 rating due to the customer service girl. She was very snippy regarding my lack of appointment and taking my $7 off coupon. The actual oil change was quick, but I watched as my car sat girl. She was very snippy regarding my lack of appointment and taking my $7 off coupon. I was waiting a total of an hour and fifteen minutes and the oil change total lasted 20 minutes. The woman at the desk who signed me in was very snippy and for this, I rated this low. More
