Don’t know what happened but this dealership has gone downhill. The last few times I’ve had my car in for service has been just awful. Didn’t know the oil change facility was closed. The service ladies said customers had to make an appointment at the service center for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. now. Would have gave gave five stars for service but I asked how long a wait and they replied two hours maybe a little longer. Took car in at opening of service a 8am and got back at 5pm. Did the basics. The stuff that is hard to do was not done although the appointment made included information for the necessary warranty repair.
