Allen Chevy has been completely great in all aspects. I bought a car from another deal and within the first week started having issues with it the other dealer told me basically it was my problem not there bought a car from another deal and within the first week started having issues with it the other dealer told me basically it was my problem not there's so I went to Allen Chevy they were able to get me into a new vehicle for a better price at better rates the same day so I returned the other vehicle that dealer then told me they were going to charge me over 400 dollars for returning the vehicle I posted my review on there sight to warn people not to go there that same day John Allen called me to let me know he had read my review of the other dealer and thank me for coming to Allen Chevy instead he then made sure I was satisfied with the deal that I got through his dealership and also told me that if the other dealer(Carite in monroe) did charge me for returning the other vehicle that he would pay the bill. A will only buy my vehicles from Allen Chevy from now on. More
