I came there last night for an Express Lube oil change and was told this was no longer available. I've been to the Express lube multiple times in the past two years. Always quick and professional. When there were no cars an oil chamge.was 15 minutes. Last night there were no cars in the express lube building. I was forced to the service garage. Took 45 minutes to get an oil change. Terrible. And tire rotation in the express lube is without a torque wrench to correctly torque the lugs. Air wrench tighten only. Not safe. I refused to allow them to rotate me tires. They need a proper torque wrench to torque the lugs or stop doing tire rotations. More
