John, I appreciate you looking into your company unethical practices of bait and switch. I've also reported this to cars.com because I believe the pricing should be completely transparent. With that level of transparency I wanted to correct some information. The price on the website of allenchevy.com was actually priced $15,000 over MSP vs the advertised price on cars.com. The rep that I talked to said they had just lowered it to $10,000 over MSP which was still ridiculous considering it was being reported as $84K (approximately) on cars.com. While I personally don't have a problem with you charging $15K over book value (I get it supply and demand) I do have an issue with you engaging in false advertising practices resulting in me wasting my time. If you need the specific car please let me know as I'll be happy to provide that information as well

I'm sorry but will have to agree to disagree about your upfront pricing considering it wasn't till the 3rd phone call that this information was relayed to me. I have spoken with a representative from Cars.com, along with looking at C8's since their release in 2020 so I know your second statement is also a lie. I've also notified General Motor about your illegal marketing tactics so we will see how they feel about it. At the end of the day there is only one boss and that is the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else which is what I plan to do. If I thought it would change something than I would absolutely call you but considering I feel like you would just continue to lie to me I'm not sure it would serve any purpose. Truthfully I only reached out because I felt like this would be something your company would WANT to improve, would WANT to correct, and would appreciate the honest feedback, so that others wouldn't be deceived like I was Troy Clark xx, MBA, PhD 812-208-8084
