My brand new vehicle was in for service. Despite leaving multiple messages for the tech, I never got a call back. I had to have my wife drive 40 minutes to pick me up at work & take me to the dealeeahip whe multiple messages for the tech, I never got a call back. In my 50 plus years of buying cars, only one dealership even comes close(a distant second) to the efficiency & professionality of Allen chevy.
