My brand new vehicle was in for service. Despite leaving multiple messages for the tech, I never got a call back. I had to have my wife drive 40 minutes to pick me up at work & take me to the dealeeahip whe multiple messages for the tech, I never got a call back. I had to have my wife drive 40 minutes to pick me up at work & take me to the dealeeahip where I learned the tech had gone home for the day without contacting me. He left me stranded at work (a shuttle service dropped me off at work) and never bothered to call me to say they would need the vehicle for another day. More
