I’ve been very disappointed in the timeliness and lack of communication for my vehicle. I asked them to check blower motor, check engine light, and over heating sensor the first time, and only one thing got communication for my vehicle. I asked them to check blower motor, check engine light, and over heating sensor the first time, and only one thing got fixed. The other two I had to call them back within a day of getting my car back to let the service department know the problem was still evident. I’m also disappointed that we made an appointment and then when we brought the car in they didn’t have us down. Seems extremely disorganized. They said they would try to fit us in, and it took 5 days to even start looking at my car. The customer service and care has been aggravating and the service department doesn’t seem to be listening to my concerns. At this moment I wouldn’t recommend Allen for services. More
