At the start meaning the first few days they had the car they were great as far as communication after that it dissipated, meaning touch and go and because of a part they couldn't even give us an estimate they were great as far as communication after that it dissipated, meaning touch and go and because of a part they couldn't even give us an estimate of when a part would be in and round about how long after the part would the car be ready, nothing. Then I was finally told after I called that it was ready, total was $800 something. Go to pick it up and the price went to $941. Pretty pissed you had my car for over a month . No rental was offered or even an effort made, im disabled and I have a family of 4 so something would have been nice. More

A new Trax and it had a defective battery. It went dead however the new battery was put in the car and under warranty so no charge. I am extremely pleased with Allen Chevrolet/Cadillac sales and service. We wanted a new SUV and virtually looked at all the traditional brands and settled on the Cadillac XT5 as vehicle of choice.
