We had a great experience getting our car repaired at Allen Chevrolet. The body shop manager kept us in the loop every step of the way and the technicians did a great job with all the work. I really wish my rating was more positive, but they had my car 3 weeks for repairs and a new key. I understood they were back logged and I was more than patient. The day after picking up my car, it died my car 3 weeks for repairs and a new key. I understood they were back logged and I was more than patient. The day after picking up my car, it died and had to be towed back. The issue (if I was told honestly what it was) should have never happened in the 1st place. That was completely frustrating. The worst part was one of the items I requested was a new spare key. 2 times in and no spare key. The spare key was supposed to be the easiest part of the work, especially after having it 3 weeks. I now need to make a separate appointment to get the key nade and quite honestly, I'm dreading it. As a side note, it would be appreciated if they followed up with a current status phone call. Wuth that, and a re- review of the issues, possibly they would have realized the spare key as an open item. Also, they stated they would mail me my invoice, repair work and it has yet been recieved. I guess I'll request that again when I get my spare key. More

I had an awesome time buying my first new vehicle! Both the salesman (john becerra) and finance manager (nolan kinschsular) where really great.
