Had a 9am appointment for a diagnostic and took 7 hours. I wanted them to look at my transmission it all they did was plug the car in. I could have done the same thing at autozone for free instead of $138. I wanted them to look at my transmission it all they did was plug the car in. I went in for an oil change with a coupon. They did a tire rotation of my winter tires that were just installed without asking. I found out when I got the bill. After they removed that charge, I saw they tire rotation of my winter tires that were just installed without asking. I found out when I got the bill.
