I took my car in to fix a coolant leak. They charged me 2100, the same day after it was fixed i was leaking coolant. I took it back a month later as i didnt have an extra car for work, the whole whole addi 2100, the same day after it was fixed i was leaking coolant. While it was there they had to change my starter, at first the technician said my engine was siezed, lol. So they charged me over 500 for a starter job, which thr most mechanically ignorant person could change in less thst an hour and a stater is less than 100. So I was robbed twice. So I picked my car up yesterday and driving it home I smelled an overwhelming smell of coolant and seen i was low on coolant. I was told that they drove it to look for a leak, that was clearly a lie. The nice thing is I have documentation , videos and phone call records to take to court to prove my case. Great work you bunch of pirates! More

I put a deposit on a 2022 Chevy 2500 hd and before I gave them a deposit I said I wasn’t interested in Allen care. They took my deposit after me telling them that I wasn’t interested in the Allen care war them a deposit I said I wasn’t interested in Allen care. This was in July 2021 Then after 5 months wait they wouldn’t let me purchase my truck without Allen care I already sold my 2017 truck or I would have backed out of the whole deal if that isn’t a form of coercion I don’t know what is. So frustrating to be handled like that. My salesman josh whom I like can verify this story I won’t step foot on that lot again. Warranty or otherwise More
