Had front brakes repaired at the beginning of November; at the time, they said they checked the back brakes. Immediately upon picking up the car, there was a grinding noise from the back brakes. Due to cir at the time, they said they checked the back brakes. Immediately upon picking up the car, there was a grinding noise from the back brakes. Due to circumstances we couldn’t control and scheduling with the dealership, it was a month before we could get the car in again. At that time, we were told that the brake shoe on the back brake was completely gone! It seemed suspicious that this would just occur independent of nothing, but the dealership denied any wrongdoing and charged us for another brake repair! They did offer a discount on the charge for bringing the car in and determining the repair needed, but there was no responsibility taken for a possible initial bad repair. We probably will not return to this dealership. More

Everyone is very friendly and I have brought my vehicle in for service a few times to this location. I will say that customer service has decreased since my last visit compared to this one. It took me three days just to get an update and estimated time frame for the completion of my repair. It ended up taking two weeks for the vehicle to be repaired. At one point when I called I asked to please speak to someone directly because I had already left a message the prior day that was never returned. Rachel who took my calls apologized and said she was taking a message directly to the service manager and that he would call me and I never heard from him. I wasn't trying to complain to anyone just trying to figure out approximately how long the repair would take to determine if I needed a rental car or not. Also there was confusion with the cost of the repair. One day I was told a price of around $2400, then I was called and told it would only be $1,650 and then the same day I was told they made a mistake and it would be $2848. Again I don't want this to seem like a complaint it's just not the service I am used to from this dealership. I would expect to see better customer service when paying such a high dollar amount for repairs. More
I was not told about at $125 charge until after the service was performed. I asked for pricing on a issue and only received the part cost not a total cost including estimated labor.
