Our pick up time was delayed 2 times. We went there to retrieve the vehicle 2 times and were not called either time to up date us or save us a trip. Was told there was staffing shortage. Please call so that we do not make 2 extra trips in only to find out that vehicle is not ready. Very disappointed. More
