Bought a new set of tires for my HHR. First, was not told that installation was not included in the purchase price. was told that the valve stems were changed. No they were not. I waited 3 hours for my car. that installation was not included in the purchase price. was told that the valve stems were changed. No they were not. I waited 3 hours for my car. Total labor time: 1.6 hours. Pretty sure the walk-in was taken before my appointment. Have to fill tires every other day. TPMS malfunctions too. Will not buy tires there again More

Just moved here from Arizona. Prices here were a lot higher for the same services at my prior Chevrolet dealership. Vehicle took two days longer than expected. Had to get a rental car. Most times could higher for the same services at my prior Chevrolet dealership. Vehicle took two days longer than expected. Had to get a rental car. Most times could not get anybody to answer the phone when I would call in to check on my vehicle. Not very happy and will look for another place to go. Would not recommend this dealership for service to anybody. More

My car was filthy when receiving it back after my first oil change with the dealership. Oil all over the steering wheel, center console, interiors door and door handle. Smelled like grease and oil.
