I wanted to make sure to write a review because Joe Donovan really went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family could get in a vehicle. After multiple declines from different places and nea Donovan really went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family could get in a vehicle. After multiple declines from different places and nearly giving up. I found Allen Chevy. Joe was very responsive. He worked with my bad credit and even helped arrange a ride all the way from Lansing Michigan, so that I could pick up our new car! His rapport is amazing in his dedication to his job is amazing.
