I came in looking for a car I saw online, Joe met with me and took me right to it. He saw I knew what I was looking for and didn't try to pressure or push me to anything. Don’t know what happened but this dealership has gone downhill. The last few times I’ve had my car in for service has been just awful. Lack of communication, poor customer service and taking way to long downhill. The last few times I’ve had my car in for service has been just awful.
