Joe Donovan is hands down the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We went into Allen Chevrolet with a goal and he definitely helped us achieve that goal. Not only did he take four hours out of his day to sit and work with us until he made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, but he also offered coffee and water while we waited. I was there for almost 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. The crew was very unprofessional and were messing around on the cameras in the garage.
