Dropped off the truck because my sirius xm stopped working and it was pulling to the right. Sirius had sent me something to fix the reception along with a free install card. It was never tried and I was told my antenna was bad....most expensive option of course. They also said both calipers on the passenger side were locked up. I said do a complete break job all the way around. This used to be at most a 1500-2000 dollar job on the high side. I was quoted 5200 dollars!!! I reluctantly paid the outlandish price. When I went to pick it up the price had gone up 600 dollars to a total of 5900 and some change. When I asked there was no explanation. At this point I just wanted my truck so I paid it. When I started the truck with the auto start it sounded like I had open headers. A mechanic happened to be in the parking lot and he said "oh thats a bad exhaust leak for sure". This was on a friday and the manager asked if I could bring it back on Monday. On my way home the steering wheel was on a 45 degree angle. Basically, they gave my truck back with more problems than when I took it in, charged me almost six thousand dollars, and than made excuses as to why, saying the mechanic was having a hard time because of the lift kit....it's a factory 2500 HD...NO LIFT KIT. Than it was because of my tires for the pull to the right due to "road walk". Anybody who knows what road walk is knows it doesn't make the truck pull to one side when the breaks are pushed or the steering wheel let go of. And nobody had an answer as to how NOBODY heard my exhaust INDOORS when it sounded like open headers outside. They fixed the exhaust saying the wrong gasket was sent. They worked on the alignment for awhile before giving my keys back and giving me all the excuses as to why the mechanic was having such a hard time (the phantom lift kit and the road walking tires). It was still off and pulling to the right. I went to Belletire, paid 100 bucks, and they fixed my alignment and showed that the front passenger side was way off. Took about 15 minutes where as your dealership had it for two weeks and charged me 6000 dollars!! This used to be the best service department around. Never overcharged, didn't make excuses, and did quality work. I will NEVER go back there again. Oh and I forgot to mention that they changed the rear main seal because they "noticed a slight leak" without saying anything. It is absolutely pathetic how downhill this dealership has gone in the past few years. It started with the sales department and now the service. More
