My entire experience at Stanford - Allen was simply, incredible. Tim Stoddard stayed after work twice. Further, the next day that I came in, Tim was busy with another customer, but he took the time to have another sales representative to greet me in the lot and to help me with further research on the purchase of my new car. The dealership was very friendly and discreetly professional. They worked with me on the price of my trade in vehicle. Additionally, Tim spent time with me showing me how the car works. I was thoroughly impressed with his commitment to customer service, his transparency on negotionations, and his desire to see me get a good deal on a car. Instead of cutting the throat to the goose that lays the golden egg (me), Stanford - Allen has gone a very long way in my returning to deal with them again in the future. More
I needed to have my cts in for the oil change that comes free with the caddy. Craig picked the car up did the service and washed it and brought it back to me in perfect shape. We own 2 cars that have been serviced here at Allen Chevrolet. I like bringing my cars here because I trust that any problems will be found and fixed. The Malibu was my dad's car until he gave it to Chevrolet. I like bringing my cars here because I trust that any problems will be found and fixed. Personally I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I found a vehicle I was very interested in online, a 2000 Silverado 4x4, but was worried about rusty rocker panels as none of the 44 pic dealership. I found a vehicle I was very interested in online, a 2000 Silverado 4x4, but was worried about rusty rocker panels as none of the 44 pictures online showed the rockers. I contacted the dealer to ask about the rocker panels at which time I was told there was no rust on this vehicle because this is not a "B lot" and they only keep clean vehicles on lot. This sounded like just the truck I had been searching for so I continued to pursue a loan from my local bank, as I live 2+ hours away. After receiving pre-approval on my loan, I again called the dealership two more times to confirm the rocker panels on this vehicle had no rust, and was told they did not. I also e-mailed someone at the lot and was told they would personally drive the truck, send me pictures/video of the rocker panels and get back with me the next day, as I was coming to the lot two days from this time. Well I didn't receive these pictures and videos but decided to come check out the truck anyways. Immediately upon pulling into the lot after a very long drive I noticed a hole rusted through the drivers side rocker panel! I still drove the truck and decided if I could get the price down enough where I would have enough money to fix the rocker panels, I would purchase it. When I gave John my reasonable offer on this truck, he laughed at me rather than attempting to make a "deal". I did not receive the friendly service that everyone else had mentioned, and did not feel like the dealership was trying to help at all. More

I have dealt with this dealership many times in the past and just returned when Chevy started putting cars back on the market I liked.
