Great Dealership Let me start by saying, it was the service and body shop that led us to Stanford Allen. We are a loyal GM family and will buy GM until the day we die Let me start by saying, it was the service and body shop that led us to Stanford Allen. We are a loyal GM family and will buy GM until the day we die. We have used many dealerships throughout Michigan. The follow up service and attention to detail are the most important thing to us. The way this sales team works with the service department are the reason we came back here to buy a car. Brandon Blunt, our sales guy is young and green but he worked hard to please us and find us the right car. He answers phone calls, texts, promptly. We had a ton of questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found someone there who did. These people work together to sell GM products and seem to check their egos at the door. We had one little flaw on the hood of the car that looked like a scratch (we bought a new Chevy Cruze hatchback) and Brandon took it back to the body shop and they buffed it to a beautiful shine! We also had a little mix up in the package (just a communication glitch) and Brandon personally threw in some upgraded floor mats. We truly appreciate his dedication to his customers. Mistakes and communication errors easily happen when 2 parties are dealing with so much information: style, color, package options, availability, financing...it's great when your salesperson steps up and takes the hit for it.
