I can't say enough about Keith is was off & going as soon as my truck got there...I,v had my fair share of car trouble...& I really think it was a blessing 🙏 in disguise...cus that when I met Keith & the 1s as my truck got there...I,v had my fair share of car trouble...& I really think it was a blessing 🙏 in disguise...cus that when I met Keith & the 1st thing he told me was not worrying we got u...& Boy was he rite...I got car shield & I'm glad I do but they take there sweet time...& They also make u pay for ur hotel & ur rental car & they reimburse u & u have to keep all ur recipes for everything...now I told Keith that I might have enough for the hotel but not a hotel & a rental car...well he had someone drive me to the hotel & they stayed untill I came back out to let him know I got a room...Keith was working & working & he was able to get me a car from the dealership...& He called & said get ready I sent a driver to get u & that's when he told me he got me a car. ..if he wouldn't really car these would of never ever happened...it was the 1st time I,v ever been there & I felt like part of there family...I had such a wonderful experience at the best chevy dealer in America... You know when someone cares or when they just don't give a xxxx... Never once did I feel like that at all I could tell they care they was so invested everyone tried to help the mechanic did great job a Keith is just so nice, respectful, courteous very very go costumers I think Allen Chevrolet should give him like a $5 raise because he just did a wonderful job and I don't know what else to say about him it made me feel so happy as soon as my truck got off I knew I knew then I was in good hands & until people have that kind of experience I had at the dealership like I just did...then ur understand exactly what I'm saying... Keith u rock u answered all my questions you know exactly what you're talkin about the dealership that you work for in Monroe Michigan Michigan Michigan ain't no other dealership that can match or touch Allen Chevrolet dealership in Monroe Michigan I love that place and I'm from Kentucky and I think I'd be willing if my car broke down again...i,d have it taken to Allen Chevrolet...no matter whare I broke down...if it was a big job I would have it towed to Allen Chevrolet so thanks so much Keith for helping me so much & I will never forget how much u really really went out of ur way to make sure I was good... Great price on used truck We came down from the Fenton area to look at a 2014 truck.
