Anthony, thank you so much for sharing you feedback. We regret to hear of your dissatisfaction and that we fell short of exceeding your expectations. All of our vehicles go through a safety inspection and must pass in order to be considered for sale. We are always more than happy to address any noise concerns given the understanding that anything we repair or replace above and beyond any safety concern will incur an additional expense which will affect price. We apologize for the coupon confusion, all coupons must be presented at the time of negotiation only and not after an agreement has been made. Additionally, we do our best at facilitating the banking transactions but unfortunately cannot negotiate the finance rates. We understand your frustration with the amount of time it took to do the paperwork. We recently acquired a new digital system to streamline the financing process and our finance team is adjusting to the changes. Again, please accept our sincere apologies and we hope that you will give us an opportunity to serve you again in the future. John Allen, General Manager
