My vehicle was purchased at Allen and every single oil change was performed by Allen since new in 2008 with Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil. I sent the car in for an oil change and they neglected to put in the co change was performed by Allen since new in 2008 with Mobile 1 Synthetic Oil. I sent the car in for an oil change and they neglected to put in the correct oil. All the service rep kept saying was “nobody told us”. Not true and a very poor excuse. Come on guys look at the vehicle history. I go out of my way to bring my Chevy to a Chevy dealership to have the oil changed and this is what happens. I’ll definitely be reconsidering this. More
