I have dealt with this dealership on many occasions as my car is from there, to say that dishonestly runs rampant there is put it very lightly. So now it is time to wheel and deal with the salesman joe Donavan, Joe is the model a a used car salesman, ready and willing to stick it to you. I have bought many cars do I already knew the game and what to expect, always give low numbers and they will give you exactly what you want. Car buying 101. Anyway we purchased a used truck and felt we got the better deal, with any used vehicle you expect issues and that's why we bought an extended warranty, I have gotten my moneys worth from those for sure. The next day I had to replace a tire, I told ole Joe but he was disinterested. On the way home today I found the my driver side mirror was coming loose, I took it to Allen chevy to fix it, quick fix no biggie. Immediately they told me I hit something, which I didn't, then z mechanic looked at it , said nothing to me and then the customer service rep told me that the studs were broke and it would cost me $650 to replace it. I said you are kidding me and left. I came home looked at thr mirror myself and seen that it was only 2 loose bolts, 1 minute fix. I am disgusted . More
