We brought your vehicle to our body shop and buffed the affected area at no charge, significantly improving the appearance. This was done as a courtesy and in an effort to make things right in the moment. In addition, we offered a $500 discount on the vehicle you were actively considering — not as an admission of liability, but as a goodwill gesture tied to your potential purchase. It was never presented as a standalone offer for compensation or repair outside of that context. We understand you and your wife ultimately chose not to move forward with the vehicle, which is entirely your decision. However, we acted quickly and professionally throughout this process and made every reasonable effort to resolve the situation.
